- Proof of income (last 2 pay stubs or bank statements if self-employed )
- Credit Report -varies how obtained (either done by me, provided by you, the owner, or homeowner's association if applicable- all depending on individual property and specifics on how to obtain)
- Valid government-issued ID
- Credit score varies; usually a minimum of 650.
- Deposit requirements:
- 1st month rent, last month rent, and security deposit also equal to 1 month’s rent
- (Pet deposits when applicable)
